Owen Hearing is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent customer service and advice. It is very important to us that we deliver great value, offering quality products, professional and helpful advice and friendly, trained staff who can help with all needs.
Owen Hearing Ltd was formed by James Owen, our Managing Director in October 2009 to provide an excellent hearing aid service to the Kent & Sussex areas. James has been a qualified hearing aid consultant for 16 years.
In August 2010, we were joined by Helen Terry, our Business Development Director. Helen has previous experience working within the hearing aid industry and has a strong customer service focus.
Since September 2010 we have acquired shops in Crowborough and West Wickham. We provide a valuable community service by offering free hearing health checks with no obligation. These are carried out by qualified Audiologists, they comply with the Codes of Practice of the Health & Care Professions Council and of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. We supply and service all makes and models of hearing aids, including well known hearing aid brands: Widex, Phonak, Unitron, Starkey, Oticon and Puretone. Digital hearing aids are available with remote control features and all models are programmed and tuned to best suit individual hearing needs. Click here to see the hearing aid models we can provide.
